Newsweek's Extended Service for Readers

Monique Van Dusseldorp on Poynter Online reports

'Newsweek to Publish Technorati Links With Articles'

from the National Uitgevers Congress in Amsterdam. Gregory J. Osberg, since October 2000 executive vice president and worldwide publisher of Newsweek started off the Dutch publishers' conference with "Ideas Matters".

One of the ideas that matters was, that Newsweek (print + online) will remember that publishing is about providing / delivering a service and so he announced the Newsweek will soon start (within a few weeks) to publish with its articles links, taken from Technorati.

A good starting point, Technorati tracks about 11 million Blog, I would like to see such services more often!

... and there is a lot more good stuff out there, we could and should point to and share more often to enable our readers (and come back often for Information, Ideas and Guidance).
