B2B Print India - They'll Never Make It

Paul Woodward from B2G Asia suspicion is, that India's B2B print sector will never make it anywhere close to critical mass before being commercially overwhelmed by much more effective online alternatives.

The news that Google is gearing up its AdWords operation in the sub-continent bolster up his suspicion... indiatimes Infotech (Sept 30):

Google comes searching to India

It is not often that top-notch MNC companies visit campuses in this part of the country for recruitment. That too to conduct a strictly non-technical and 'simple test' to assess the vocabulary skills of students.

So, when Google came talent hunting to colleges in the city today, the students had every reason to be excited for this was the first time the Internet search engine had come for campus recruitment in the region.

Google has been visiting campuses across the country to recruit people for its Hyderabad centre as part of its 'Google on campus' programme.

AdWords is Google's advertising programme and the company is currently on the lookout for people to manage its online advertisement accounts, provide customer service to advertisers and check ad content, quality and accuracy.
