Our Indian friend Bhupesh Trivedi counted 42 launches of print magazines and newspapers in 2006 so far (January to July 2006) and he feels happy for the print business (and his service business for print publishers).

42 launches until July 2006 and maybe 80 for the year is tell me that India is far from getting a Print nation (in this life circle anyway). Nevertheless, this list also tells us that there are always chances for innovative publication and publisher services including some interesting publication on paper, with or without international publishers.
