My friend Vladislav just comment on our blog, that according info of Who.is the domain name of Realno.info has suddenly expired and speculates about, that state control might have reached the Internet.
For me it looks like that it has been update 'to late' so it should be online again shortly. Of course, I don't know ... and Rostislav (co-founder and editor-in-chief) hasn't answered my call yet (and his blog is quite since July 16, 2007).
