I have no idea why You / I would want to be a member of the new BusinessWeek community. I don't see any convincing offers from BusinessWeek (yet), except that they want us to spend time there, our data, and our contribution ...

It's a shame:
In the real world you would for certain (instead just say thank you for registering) welcome the new member, unfold an overwhelming 'Welcome Package' and reconfirm that this was on of the best decisions, someone made for the last several month, years ... and care about them.
