Doc 2. The Rights and Responsibilities of Facebook User + Company
The first document is something like the Constitution of Facebook and the second must work within this fundamentals and make things at Facebook functioning in an anticipated open and transparent society and a given legal and commercial environment.
The discussion is open and Mark has promised that Facebook User can vote before these new proposals go into effect, and users will also be asked to vote for or against proposed changes in the future.
