The Google, Sony eBook Deal makes +500,000 Public Domain Book Titles Available For Free

(for now only) to US consumers on Sony eBook Reader PRS-700 (planned for an updated PRS-505) and Windows PC with Sony's eBook Library Software (free).

About 245.000 eBooks title with the Kindle / Amazon and above 600.000 eBooks on Sony Reader ... I wonder how much more time Amazon needs, is wasting, until the bring their Kindle SW to the PC - and any other device readers might want to use.
