Legislator Crack Down on Word-of-Mouth in Europe

While the US is still confident that self-regulation (e.g. WOMMA) will do the job - and if not, that the community will detect and punish any misconduct, Europe wants to send offenders to jail, writes Emma Hall on Adage.com / Advertising Age:
